Description

1. Product Functions:

AT a high precision automatic solder paste screen printer designed for high precision screen printing or stencil printing in SMT industry.

2. Product Features:

a) Support wide spectrums of PCB sizes from 50mm x 50mm to 510mm x 510mm and PCB thickness from 0.4mm to 6mm.

b) High printing resolution:

1. High positional accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy ±0.007mm; printing accuracy 0.015mm

Configuration

1. Suspended print head with squeegee pressure automatic adjustment by direct-connected motor

a) Programmable automatic pressure adjustment system ensures accurate pressure control.

b) Pressures of front and rear squeegees are separately adjusted, to compensate pressure imbalance caused by fatigue deformation of squeegee to prevent from different printing quality in front and rear.

2. Standard stainless steel squeegee, unique design to improve the lifespan of squeegee blade.
